The Georgetown Raiders are pleased to announce the signing of 2006 born goaltender Finn Wilson.
Wilson, from Hamilton, Ontario, spent the 2022-23 season with the Port Dover Sailors of the PJCHL. The net minder posted a .919 save percentage and 2.80 goals against average in 16 regular season games, combined with a 8-4-2 record. In 9 games of post season action, Wilson delivered a .930 save percentage, a 2.78 goals against average, while going 5-4-0 with 1 shutout.
“We’re excited to bring another good young goalie into the organization”, said Raiders General Manager Mike Dukeshire. “Finn already has a year of junior under his belt having a successful season with the Port Dover Sailors of the PJCHL and we’re excited for him to take the next step with Georgetown this year.”
